Duration: 4 hours

This module will provide hands-on activities that foster building open, honest and trustful relationships. The focus is active listening, respectful peer interactions and awareness of others' individuality and how that impacts teams. Participants gain understanding of how staff diversity (age/ culture/gender) can add to the team and how to better understand and support diverse needs and communication styles.
