Duration: 2 hours
We’ve all sat through bad meetings. A lot is said, but nothing gets accomplished. No one leaves with action items they can work on, and employees are just as confused on what’s next as they were before the meeting. If this happens too often, your team members will begin to tune out.
Staff meetings need not be monotonous or dull gatherings; they can and should be opportunities to move the organization forward. They should provide a forum to build interpersonal relationships that help promote teamwork, collaboration, and reduce the potential for miscommunication and misunderstanding. Regularly scheduled staff meetings can create a sense of inclusion among staff making everyone feel like they are part of a cohesive team. With some preplanning and effort, you can make staff meetings fun for the participants and productive for the team.
Facilitators will lead participants through discussion and hands on activities, introducing tips and techniques to breathe new life into staff meetings and unlock the door to self and team improvement.
