Continuing from last weeks session, participants will break down their hiring practices, and how they align with the programs values and beliefs. Strategic onboarding will be discussed as well as when onboarding actually ends. Participants will evaluate their current staff appreciation practices, evaluation practices and succession strategies to determine areas for improvement.
